Cant redeem gift card

I used to love this app. I had some fun with the surveys while making a few dollars. All was fine until a few days ago. I tried redeeming my gift card and it says to contact support or try again later. Ive done both and I never get a helpful response. I would give this 5 stars if it would fix and let me redeem my rewards again.
