Doesnt really work

Every time I try to do a survey I do about 1 question then it says I did not qualify!
Then just now I got a notification stating "we have an exiting new survey for you!" I hadnt been on in a while so I decided to check it out. Once I got on it notified me again. I clicked ok and it said "updating data" then after about a second it said that it had failed. So I tried to click the "new survey" button. Then it just said "no new surveys"! And thats pretty much what happens every time I try to do a survey.
